SEROLOGY

  
  classifiable   or
Negative RF and Negative ACPA 0
  diagnosed with
Low Positive RF or ACPA (less than or = 3x ULN) 2     
 a score greater   than or = to 6. 
High Positive RF or ACPA (greater than 3x ULN) 3
 
SYMPTOM DURATION  


Less than 6 weeks 0


Greater than or = 6 weeks 1


ACUTE PHASE REACTANTS  


Normal CRP and ESR 0


Abnormal CRP or ESR 1
